Is Cash on Delivery available everywhere?▾
Yes — we ship COD across Pakistan, from Karachi to Skardu. You pay in cash when the courier delivers your parcel.
How long does shipping take?▾
2–4 working days for major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad) and 3–6 working days for other areas.
Do you charge for shipping?▾
Free shipping on orders over Rs. 2,000. Below that, a flat Rs. 200 shipping fee applies.
How do I take Shilajit?▾
Dissolve a pea-sized amount (200–300mg) in warm water, milk, or tea once daily. Best on an empty stomach in the morning. Store in a cool dry place. Do not use a metal spoon — use a wooden or plastic spoon.
Are there any side effects?▾
Shilajit is generally very well tolerated. If you're pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a serious medical condition, consult your doctor first.
